Can no longer access web site
If this has been working, but suddenly stopped, it could be down to a number of things. If you've forgotten your password and tried numerous times to remember it, the machine you are attempting to connect from may have been blocked. To remedy this, log a support call with the account name you were trying to connect to and the IP address of the machine you are connecting from.
Access can be blocked too if you have attempted to do a port scan on our servers, whether by accident or on purpose. Again, to regain access just log a support call with the IP address you think may be blocked. If you did initiate the port scan, we don't mind, but we do our own port scans to ensure security. If you didn't initiate the scan, it may be worth checking your machine for trojans or bots that you could have been infected with that run automated scans.
